Project Overview

Our client is a large Financial Services company (~12500 employees) that has experienced communication and cultural challenges. Through interactive and experiential workshops with the leadership teams of the company’s major business units, we’ve improved the company’s performance and feedback culture and helped instill a growth mindset. We’ve also supported several critical Fish on the table conversations between senior leaders that have resolved long running issues and increased intra-company collaboration. We’re currently supporting a number of executive committee leadership transitions through 1-1 coaching, and developing a customised program which will equip key leaders and HR team members facilitate difficult conversations.
