Project Overview

We supported a privately owned technology company (~1000 employees) with its cultural transformation so it could achieve its ambitious growth agenda. Through impactful teaching of the Secure Base Leadership concepts with the company’s top 30 leadership team, we helped them build trust and accountability. We also facilitated in-person and online sessions for ~200 people to accelerate the adoption of the company’s Ways of Working approach that we helped design.

To drive a step change to the company’s effectiveness and efficiency, we worked with the CEO to form a new executive team whilst facilitating a strategic process to define the company’s vision and drive key strategic initiatives. Over six months, we provided regular 1-1 and team coaching to help the new team form, bond and achieve greater results than ever before. We continue to work with the leadership team and are helping to establish Ways of Working Champions, who will further drive the integration of the new culture across the entire organisation.
