Over three years, we provided 1-1 coaching, leadership team workshops focused on team dynamics, dialogue training for the most critical sales unit, doubling their performance in 9 months, and leading 4-day regional sales meetings anchored in the Secure Base Leadership concepts.
Having outperformed all targets – including being the only region that exceeded budget – our client was recently appointed Sales Head for the largest region, representing over 60% of the company’s revenue. During the first week of his tenure, we facilitated a successful team workshop where the team set themselves stretch performance targets for 2025, against an already ambitious plan. We’re continuing to support with the goal to achieve a significant performance turnaround in 9-12 months.
