Team Workshops

Our custom programs with leadership teams achieve breakthrough performance improvements, individually and collectively. We teach and apply the Secure Base Leadership principles from Distinguished Professor George Kohlrieser’s teaching career and his best-selling leadership books “Hostage at the Table” and “Care to Dare” in a highly flexible and customized way to meet the needs of each team with which we work. Core concepts are delivered in workshops in an interactive and engaging way, interspersed with small group discussions and coaching to dig deeper into the individual leadership case of each participant. These workshops are supported by one-on-one coaching discussions where needed, which allow focused interaction and ensure follow through on action plans & commitments.

“Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.”

Patrick Lencioni

The workshops are highly interactive sessions focusing on how the team works together, delivered in person and typically covering the following topics:

  • Understanding the core Secure Base Leadership concepts;

  • Clarifying the individual Roots to Leadership of team members and how these impact their leadership and the team as whole;

  • Group dialogue and reflection time: understand how the group is working today, what needs to change, build psychological safety, identify and address the needed ‘fish on the table’ conversations and jointly define and commit to new ways of working to support the change.

  • Practising these new ways of working together, giving and receiving feedback with coaching;

  • Agreeing individual and group actions, and how these will be communicated more broadly;

Please note that our workshops are customizable and interactive, and thus these details are indicative and will be adapted in collaboration with you, to ensure maximum relevance and impact.
